However, Dubai is not only welcoming to those in search of a leisure destination – it is also home to some of the wealthiest business people in the world – and their companies. The attraction for these professionals is the fact that not only is Dubai a regional hub for business – but there are no personal or income taxes levied from them in Dubai.

For those who want to enjoy the retail opportunities in Dubai, the options are almost limitless. One of the primed shopping destinations in the city is Dubai Mall (and the adjoining aquarium), where an ice rink and a gaming zone, as well numerous high-end stores and dining destinations make it the perfect place to spend a day out with the family. If the visitor wants to get their hands on a creation from Cartier or Karl Lagerfeld, the Dubai Mall is a must-visit destination.

Of course, the city also boasts some of the best dining and nightlife opportunities in the world. Dubai is a place that simply hums with energy – and one of the destinations that should be on every traveler’s bucket list.
